Animal Health 24 is a startup that started in December 2016 with the main objective of animal health and welfare.
We are a phoneline that works 24hx7 days to clarify any doubt or curiosity related to the animal world. Be it health, behavior, travel, nutrition or intoxication. Through our number 760 450 911, you only pay the single value of € 0.60 + VAT, because we have developed a mechanism that immediately returns your call in order to avoid additional costs and for those who need our support, can explain their situation without time and cost constraints.
In case of illness or medical urgency, after our screening, we have mechanisms that allow us to quickly and efficiently address the situation to a Veterinary Hospital.
Throughout our existence, we have publicized institutions that help people with difficulties through animals. And because we think that our success must be shared, we will donate € 350 to each of the 4 institutions disclosed through our channels (Phoneline SA24, Website, Newsletter, Facebook) since our birth. The institutions already disclosed in our channels are: Equestrian Therapy Association, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Pata de Açucar and Casa do Gil.
We are a startup withou any public or private funding. All the investment to create the structure involved that allows the line to function 24x7, as well as all the communication and marketing to make known to Portugal the new number to help to save animals, was made by the founder Carolina Rebelo through equity and support of family and friends, who continue to embrace this cause.
We need your help to continue saving animals, and for this reason we have created this campaign, which will allow us to have the financial capacity to reach more people.
The focus of this campaign is: We can continue to help the animals and get to know more people. For this to happen, we must continue to have exposure through the media, creating communication campaigns as well as through our online presence through digital marketing campaigns.
