You and the Machine

We want to tell stories of passion, of evenings in the garage, of oil between the fingers, of adrenaline and charm. We create Video and Photography for lovers of the Automotive world.

Inspired by an international community, this project emerged to tell original Portuguese stories about unique and special cars in the eyes of those who drive them.

In 2016, we filmed the BMW E21 from Bruno Oliveira, driven solely by our motivation and dedication. The project was unfortunately stopped for external reasons, but we now want to continue and develop 4 more episodes thus creating the first season of the series "You and the Machine".

Although we are very proud of our first pilot episode, we are confident that with the support of the Portuguese community we will be able to go further. We already have a good part of the equipment, but we need to cover production costs, purchase and / or rent specialized equipment and cover a small part of our working hours.

Jorge Pereira - Videographer

I graduated in Cinema, Video and Communication Multímedia by the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (ULHT). I have a huge passion for telling unique stories, combining the experiences and feelings of those whom I film to my creative vision. Each film is unique, even within a project like this.

I am not the biggest fan of the automotive world, but I see in it many opportunities to explore and films waiting to be shown to Portugal where the automotive culture is very passionate.

Pedro Ramos Santos - Photographer

I completed my training in photography in 2007 at IADE Creative University, and I work as a photographer and editor in the areas of commercial photography, automotive, lifestyle and post-production.

My interest in classic cars started early when I was a kid. With an older brother in love with cars (at the time he was driving a Volkswagen Golf MK1 GTI 1979), it was not difficult for me to fall in love with them, especially the classics that left a big print on me, as the smell of burned tires and gasoline.

The passion for cars has always remained and for the last four years I have been dedicated to automotive photography and lifestyle.

Budget by Episode. 700 €

1. Production costs. 100-150 €
2. Equipment rental. 150 €
3. Work hours. 400 € (Divided by 2)

PPL Commission. 301 €

Estimated Cost Rewards. 400 €

Deadlines - We intend to develop a video for every 3 to 4 weeks after the end of the campaign, rewards will be sent near the release of the last episode. (3 to 4 months)
