This campaign was created solely to help me raise funds for my fantasy book and my first fantasy novel. This campaign includes a summarized synopsis of the book.
I created this campaign to raise funds for my first novel which is currently being reviewed. The amount will be used to pay in full the contract and get copies of my book.
This year, since prices in general have risen a lot, brings me many limitations.
And my dream of publishing my book has been constantly postponed. I struggle to find a solution.
All this, because of the difficulty that the platform I use to sell my books has brought. In this, I admit that I didn't get the sales I wanted.
So, I thought about creating this campaign so that I can reach this goal before the summer.
I want to be a renowned Portuguese writer and I have done my best to achieve the goals I set myself since the moment I finished the Manuscript in August 2023.
So, I want to publish my manuscript with a traditional publisher in Portugal, and I want my books to be on sale in traditional stores.
I have the dream of walking into a store in Portugal, anywhere and seeing my books for sale. I have tried several times to get funds, but it is difficult to find someone who will invest in my fantasy project.
The book:
My book, titled “Por Uma Unha Negra” in Portuguese or “Lost Hope” in English, delves into a dark fantasy tale, in a different world, which gradually crumbles, faced with pure chaos and destruction brought by wars. and battles. It is a story that combines all the mix of emotions from: sadness and grief to hope and unity. This, to offer readers an experience that truly emerges from our body and soul in the story.
I dedicated my heart and soul to every page I wrote. This short story aims to evoke emotions, challenge perspectives and awaken the imagination of those who embark on this literary journey.
Synopsis of the story
In a distant world called Gandea – the Garden World – it was once a prosperous, perfect place of pure beauty. Gandea was once the perfect replica of the Eternal Garden, made by divine beings — The sons and daughters of the Architect. Now, all the people have been enslaved and have lost hope. There were ten kingdoms that were once ruled by just monarchs who ensured that their people were treated fairly and that their needs were met. But one day, a cruel and ambitious ruler overthrew all the monarchs in a campaign that lasted ten years and took control of all the kingdoms.
Why do I need your support?
Publishing a book is a difficult, challenging and exciting undertaking. It is a stage that transforms us emotionally, but is also difficult economically. Now I need professional help from a publisher.

3. Formatting and Printing: Ensure that the book is professionally formatted for both printed and e-book versions, ensuring a fluid reading experience on different platforms.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Reach a wider audience through targeted marketing strategies, online promotions, book launch events and building a strong author platform.
5. Distribution and Logistics: Allows the book to reach bookstores, online retailers and potential readers through distribution channels, in addition to covering shipping and handling costs.
6. I will be able to have copies of my book in different bookstores (online and physical) and book shelves.

O que me levou a escrever o meu conto
O meu primeiro romance chegará em breve mas tenho um "Final Boss"
Por isso preciso da vossa ajuda preciosa para alcançar a minha meta.
Não é fácil publicar um livro em Portugal em Português com uma editora tradicional.
Mas eu tenho lutado muito para que o meu primeiro romance de fantasia chegue às lojas e livrarias tradicionais em Portugal. E que um dia também chegue ao Brasil.
Para quem não sabe o meu estilo é de fantasia cristã mesmo que o mundo tenha outros seres e nomes, é baseado nas histórias que cada um ouve dos seus pais quando somos crianças.
Tolkien e CS Lewis eram religiosos feberosos, crentes e tiveram uma educação a partir da Igreja Católica Romana, ao contrário de muitos outros autores.
Tolkien criou seu mundo para contar uma história maravilhosa. CS Lewis criou um mundo maravilhoso mas com alegorias e ensinamentos da fé cristã.
No meu caso, escrevi algo com base na minha educação, mesmo que tenha ido pelo caminho de Tolkien, que não gostava de alegorias, eu criei um conto baseado nos meus valores, ou aquilo que eu acho importante e não apenas só para escrever um uma história só para escrever.
Eu quero ensinar algo com o meu conto e muitas das coisas que mencionei foi que a maldade é algo que cresce e não algo que nasce conosco. Que sono corrompidos e no fim somos gananciosos e seguimos cegamente o caminho da fé, seja ela qual for. Mas é a luz que nos ilumina e nos traz esperança, aquela que perdemos ao ver tantos serem corrompidos pelo caos e o vazio.
Ao longo do conto que escrevi, menciono outros pontos chave tais como a coragem e a vontade de nunca desistir.
Mesmo não que considere pessoalmente que o meu conto caia sob a categoria de fantasia cristã, usei os meus valores para escrever uma história de fantasia.
Neste conto eu criei uma nova mitologia e deu vida à minha imaginação que foi muitas vezes impedida de voar. Usei a minha liberdade imaginativa e liberdade de ser para criar o que estava na minha mente desde que eu era uma criança.
Em 2020 deixei que a minha criança interior, aquela que sonho e criou mundos maravilhosos, renascesse e isso foi que salvou a minha sanidade mental.
Ágora é o tempo que por este sonho num livro.
E por isso, preciso da vossa preciosa ajuda para alcançar este objetivo e meta. Deixou de ser um sonho quando terminei a primeira parte do conto.

Ontem fiz uma revisão de todo o meu material para o meu livro e contei quatrocentas páginas com o conto, material adicional e os apêndices. Tudo isto com a mitologia e as lendas do mundo que completam o conto em si. Estou muito feliz com o resultado final.
