Towards a new life

On 02/14/2023 I was diagnosed with two osteonecrosis in the head of the femur due to taking corticosteroids and a strong pill. I am being followed at the Santo Antônio hospital in the city of Porto.

Hello everyone, my name is Liliana dos Anjos Vieira da Silva and I'm 30 years old, I was born on 12/11/1993 in the city of Braga at São Marcos hospital. About 1 year ago, I created a campaign to raise some money to help me with some medical and financial expenses, as on January 14, 2023 I was diagnosed with two osteonecrosis in the heads of the femur, as well as having been diagnosed with two inguinal hernias. Still in 2023, I underwent surgery for my hernias and they were corrected, the surgery took place at the Santo Antônio hospital in Porto. Due to the necrosis, I underwent an infiltration in my left leg to try to alleviate the pain, however it had no effect and the doctor said that after 3 months I would actually have to undergo surgery to place a prosthesis in my left leg as it had already collapsed. and the various particles of the bone are hurting the joints, I was going to have surgery on April 3rd, however I got an infection in my head in the place where I was operated on to place the BAHA hearing aid and the surgery no longer took place, since February I have been very weak and suffering from several infections, it all started in a finger, which we thought was the nail, but after 3 antibiotics the finger continued to be swollen and filled with pus, followed by inflammation of the head. I am currently taking Tapentadol (opium) plus 2 antibiotics for the head infection and paracetamol to work together with the Tapentadol because of the severe pain in my legs, I can no longer walk or do basic things alone. I'm taking medication to see if my head is okay and I can have surgery on my left leg, as it's first on the left and then on the right. However, I need an articulated bed to be able to have less pain not only in my legs, but also in my spine and shoulders, as I have scoliosis, tendonitis and the muscles and tendons usually move out of place, as well as I also have a dislocation in my left shoulder. . My orthopedic doctor recommended the articulated bed as it was better for me to be able to move and rest. My mother has not been working as she is at home so I can have help, she also takes care of my Grandfather who is bedridden with Alzheimer's and currently has the Klebsiella bacteria which unfortunately has no cure... The fact that my mother being at home means that she no longer earns anything, because for me she doesn't receive anything because I'm already of legal age, my father is retired, so we haven't been able to get the things I need, including paying the house bills.

The money you manage to raise here will be used for the articulated bed, medicines, paying bills and achieving a little more happiness and comfort.

I live with my parents, brother and grandfather. I did the 12th year at Sá de Miranda school. I've worked for APAV and Telepizza Braga Shopping. I was stopped for 4 years due to deep depression, I was diagnosed in 2020 with depression, OCD, suicidal tendencies, Anxiety and personality disorder traits.
