RUGBY OF INTEGRATION intends to distribute rugby products to the institutions / schools of the region (bags, balls, sweaters, material, etc., see video). Conditions are created for RUGBY BEIRAS clubs network to stimulate activities with institutions.
BE YOU presents its first campaign of this nature, with the main objective to obtain financial support for its project of donating rugby material to social institutions and schools in the region.It is also as a mean of divulging a project with very special ideas and perspectives, differentiating , based on solidarity.
All of those who have previously contacted this club, and have already worked directly with us, know that we seek to leave our comfort zone and we seek to involve and give the best support to all our initiatives and people. To instill the principles of passion, of involvement with others and also of respect and discipline, it's also Rugby principles.
It is no coincidence that we have already created the BE YOU BEIRAS project, involving small clubs in the region's municipalities (Mortágua, Penacova, Viseu, Bairrada and Aveiro). Seeking to bring these clubs greater cooperation and common work. This is only possible because the rugby modality enhances these initiatives, it's a great effort from all involved, a gratifying experience. In order to continue this work, it needs financial support for the acquisition of equipment and materials, for other initiatives involving local schools and social institutions.
It is no coincidence that we have already created the SPORT ENTREPRENEUR project, discussing ideas with european partners from other similar initiatives in others countries and with others sports. In this project we involve our young people in creating activities for social users of the VARIOS Social Cooperative, and for the users of the Mário da Cunha Brito Foundation.
It is no coincidence that we have already created a physical space - healthy body, healthy mind - with sport equipment and furniture. And with the help of some retired teachers, were we supported activities with young people in connection with school. It is also a space for meeting and sharing some values.
It is no coincidence that we are building projects related to the EUROPEAN VOLUNTARY SERVICE, a Erasmus project for our young people. That will allow them to experiment (from periods between 1 week and 1 year) of involvement with european local social initiatives.
It is no coincidence that we are now with this crowndfunding initiative through this CROWNFUNDING PPL platform. With a little help of all, we propose to offer material and products, related to rugby, to users from various social institutions (and schools) in the BEIRAS region. In order to have promove a solidariety spirit and future participations in the rugby activities of the different clubs.

BE YOU is a rugby club in the interior of the country, which seeks to get its young people to be socially active and interact locally. He launched the challenge to other regional clubs, creating BE YOU BEIRAS, to put the teams to cooperate. It takes rugby to villages, associations and schools. It encourages our young people to interact with other population groups, which are distinguished by their age, their intellectual or physical capacities.
We are a young association, created on 29-12-2014 (as spin-off of another), with a central location between districts of Viseu, Coimbra and Aveiro. It seeks to make an alternative routes in the area of sport and physical exercise. We are making our way.
Our mission is to promote social and entrepreneurial entrepreneurship in the areas of sport, leisure and physical exercise, facilitating and supporting initiatives.
In Portugal, sporting and physical exercise activities, predominate in clubs (sports non-profit associations). With voluntary and non-professional people (there are no specialists), with a territorial proximity. In more recent years they had been confronted with more and more legal, fiscal and technical requirements. With greater difficulty of management.
On the other hand, there are more and more young graduates (some of them without work) with innovative ideas and projects, more prepared than most of the current leaders of these clubs/associations, but with difficulty in assuming leadership positions due to the threats and limitations to the sustainability of these organizations.
Rugby is an excellent platform and presupposed for achieving our integration goals of inclusion.

Budget and due dates
We present some costs inherent to our campaign, which will be funded with the help of crowdfunding:
- Acquisition of materials associated with the modality, for the offerings in the social institutions of the region (Bags, Balls, Sweaters, Badges, Scarves, gowns, ...)
- Creation and maintenance of the website, social networks and communication, with information on integration rugby activities;
- Graphic advertising, to be placed in social entities and in the region (Roll-up, Outdoor, Official photos, Flyers, Stickers, Videos);
-Creation of a newsletter, promotion of activities;
- Symbolic rewards to participants in integration activities (Pens, T-shirts, emblems, etc.);
- Costs of carrying out activities in social institutions;
Other costs will be properly demonstrated on our website throughout the process.
