Our project is to transform a piaggio ape pick up in our own "SintraCan on wheels" and thus be able to disclose the beautiful national canned fish in various locations of the country. Read more about us and our project.
SintraCan is store in the beautiful village of Sintra dedicated in its entirety to Portuguese canned fish. We, their creators, have long sought a place in Sintra for the disclosure of a product which was 100% Portuguese, representative of the whole country and at the same time that differentiates all that was. The chosen products were canned fish in part because of the beauty of the cans, authentic art projects, in part by personal taste, after all who does not like a canned sardine or tuna!
The space was as they say a finding, a century-old store in front of the village train station with a whole tile facade; it was the culmination of everything we had planned. We open doors in the summer of 2014 with canned fish from the north to the south of the country including the island of the Azores and to this day there were many who visited us and made us wish to be possible to disclose SintraCan elsewhere in the country.
And with this last wish comes a new project. How to disclose SintraCan and the amazing canned fish without being fixed in a space?! We already have the answer and, with your help, we can do it.
We will transform an old Piaggio ape pick up in a mobile station and take SintraCan everywhere, to your city, town and village. The transformation involves: changes in plating, painting, placing a shelving system and placement of advertising (logos).
