Portal Book

The re-edition of a book full of adventures!

"Let's save an abandoned book!" - it's the main goal of this project. We aim to raise enough funding for this book to be re-edited by a different publisher. And why should you help if this book has already been published? Because almost nobody knows it exists and not everybody likes to buy books online. In the current state of publishing the book is only available by print-on-demand and at a very expensive price, which difficults its disclosure.

After the contact with the Portuguese publisher, they made a great proposal to publish and disseminate the book both online and in actual bookstores, with a more affordable price.Yei! That's what everybody is looking for!

But for all this to happen, Portal just needs a little push: the financial help to cover a part of the publishing expenses. In return the supposters will get awesome rewards! If the money raised isn't enough, you get your amount back.

About the author

Vanessa Matono was born on the 12th March 1985, in the city of Santarém. Since her early years she's been writing short stories germinated from an unstoppable imagination. She's always been connected with Literature during school, being a bright student in Portuguese Language. During High School she wrote the first sketch of the current Portal book. Nowadays she's working in the Portuguese Air Force.

In her few spare time Vanessa dedicates herself to arts and crafts such as knitting, sewing and playing the cello. But what she loves the most is being with her family.

The book will be printed as soon as the money is delivered to the publisher. After that it will be available for sale.
