The Day by Day Calendar ♥ grew out of my work as Manager of Human Resources. I felt the difficulty of managing, effectively, my time and the elements of the teams I work with.

I developed a tool where they could have guidelines for managing people. I tested and it works. Be motivated to motivate the team is no easy task, but plan actions in order guided by professionals, using a comic book to think in "day by day" who manages people makes all the difference in your results.

I did a survey of the problems that arise, which could help to better manage this capital so precious that are the Human Resources and resulted in the Day by Day Calendar ♥, a tool to manage strategically the teams with technical guidance and not forgetting a design motivating and current.

This work resulted in day by day agenda. A tool to manage strategically the teams with technical guidance and not forgetting a motivator and current design. There is a need to create within the same line graphical notebook paper and stick increasingly used by the followers of paper agendas.
