Support to the edition of the book "Casa do Brasil de Lisboa, a winner project", a short review of the 25 years of existence of Casa do Brasil de Lisboa, the biggest and oldest imigrants association in Portugal regarding the brazilian residents and friends of Brazil. Casa do BRasil is a non-profit entity, officially recognised by the Portuguese Government.

This crowdfunding project aims to collect finantial resources for the printing of the book  commemorative of the 25 years of existence of Casa do Brasil de Lisboa (House of Brazil at Lisbon-CBL).

CBL is an association founded by brazilian residents in Portugal and portuguese friends of Brazil, open to all nationalities. It is  the biggest and oldest imigrants association in Portugal related to brazilian community.

The book was writed, photographed and producted by several people and it is a way to relate briefly the diverse and rich history of 25 years of Casa do Brasil. It shows also the several activities carried out and still being done by the association in favour of brazilian community and brazilian culture in Portugal.

The 500 books to be edited will be distributed freely amng other associations, authorities, members of Casa do Brazil and special friends and partners in different activities.

The book will also be one of the rewards envisaged.

About the author

CBL is an association founded in January 1992 by brazilian residents in Portugal and portuguese friends of Brazil, open to all nationalities.

Installed in a small 4 floors buiding in Bairro Alto, Lisbon downtown, the association offers several services to their members and non-members. It also carry out cultural activities,  debates and represents the community interests in several platforms.

The video shows very briefly examples of activities and services.

Casa do Brasil has already experience of edition of books, videos, courses, and related activities.
