We are a group of film students and we really want to produce Bascula, but to do so we need your support.

Synopsis
Mariana is a football player who is training with the senior team for the first time and is not as comfortable as them. Something as simple as taking a shower brings up unexpected insecurities. Between the fear of exposing herself and the desire to fit in, Mariana has to choose whether or not to succumb to the discomfort she has with her body.
Note of Intent
The experience of a female locker room is unique and global at the same time. Growing up, the locker room began as a space of individual insecurity, but over the years I've realized how central these episodes are to many girls' experiences. What was once a source of insecurity and rivalry, once exposed, then became a reason for unity.
With Bascula, I want to unite myself with Mariana. I don't intend to see these characters exotically or remotely, but rather to be present. And it is through the games of contrast, both in acting and in image, sound and editing that I intend to create this closeness with Mariana.
