This project is a response to a local need, after appeal of a young mother to Brick Association, over the Internet.
After raising similar situations came to the conclusion, the need for urgent support for this target audience.
This project was designed after research answers given by the municipality and that from the age of 21 are non-existent. This response includes initially two areas: psychological, administrative guidance. In a third phase a temporary holding space for the full reintegration and law in society.
This project is divided into four stages:
- Creating a presence support space;
- Temporary reception room;
- Kindergarten \ complementary nursery;
- Implementation and / or support the project to other parts of the country.
The creation and implementation of this project is due to the fact that, even today, continue to attend the discrimination mainly single mothers, regardless of their motivations.
Excepting the large urban centers, we conclude that existing social responses are not being practiced in its entirety and in some cases, either through ignorance, negligence or lack of interest, are not even applied.
This project aims to bridge this gap, providing the public to whom it is addressed find worthy and realistic answers to the needs, contributing to their active and full participation in society.
About the author
The BRICK Association is a non-profit association with statutes of IPSS, based in Palmela region. It consists of eleven (11) members from different areas, which are: health, education, sports, law, marketing, event production, media and psychology with interests in social and educational environment. Having choose the word "brick" (brick) for association name from the constructivist concept, to the extent that the person is being built from what already is finding new ways to participate in society recognizing internally.
The Association has with the objectives to support children and young people and citizens in old age, disability or other designated by deprivation of livelihood or inability to work, from organized activities of early intervention and directly, looking for repair psychological and physical isolation.
All actions will be published in network, using the technological means, it being understood that action depends on the willingness to change.

This Prejecto will cost aprocimado in Round 1 of 50,000€ ( fifty thousand euros ), it is divided between :

Donations will be to ensure space and ordered the employees until there are results of services and sales.
