Road Tripas

For the project of street food "Road Tripas" grow and reach more customers in more locations around the country, we need your support. We need all of you to increase our food trailer, our product range and thus, serve better our customers. So that everyone can be delighted with "Tripas Doces de Aveiro".

This brand was born in July 2015 in order to disclose this typical Aveiro sweets. We want, from north to south, to show a regional product of high quality, so that more people can taste our products. We are a concept of street food, because we believe that this products should be eaten in the palm of the hand, between family or friends, for a sweet break! We want to be at events, parties and festivals, so that more and more people can know the "Road Tripas".

The "Tripas" and "Bolacha Americana" are all typical products of Aveiro region. They are made with aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. The first version (tripa) is lightly cooked, with a soft texture, similar to a crepe and should be enjoyed while it's hot. We use a variety of fillings, of which we highlight the favorite of our customers: dark and milk chocolate, Nutella, Kit Kat and of course the soft eggs cream. The "Bolacha" is made with the same ingredients, varying only in the cooking time to be totally crispy and crunchy. We sell from the simple version to the ones with chocolate, soft eggs cream or after eigth.

Over time I realized why one day I decided to go to Coimbra to study psychology. Mainly because I love people! They are the light of our lives. I love to sit on a terrace reading the newspaper and check what is happening at each table, in the secret idiosyncrasies of each one. I am a chronic traveler, the urge "to go" runs in my veins, because I am also passionate about life. My ideal is always "seize the day". I love meeting people and cultures. The art fascinates me, it is the best form of expression of human feelings and emotions. The movies and the music fill my spare time.

I am a young entrepreneur. I live my projects and businesses intensely because they are my professional passions. Creativity and innovation are my drives, I love to create something new and different. I always try to innovate, so the world of entrepreneurship fascinates me and takes most of my time. 

I follow the gastronomy with great interest, as I am eager for culinary experiences, flavors and places. There´s nothing better then a good table full of tapas and friends. I am a Benfica supporter and a fan of tennis and basketball (NBA). As a hobby, I like writing ... and of course, eat "Tripas de Aveiro"!
